Happy Monday! This week I’m taking you along for a week of my workouts. I am a large family mom of five, and health and fitness are important to me, so I find time in my day to get a workout in! Here’s what a typical weekly routine looks like for me.

Hi everyone! My name is Julie, and I’m a mama to FIVE! My kids are 9, 8, 6, 4, and 1.
