Wakeboard Gym Workout Routine – In Season

Here you can see a typical in-season workout of me at Formula Academia Gym in Goiania, Brazil. This is a typical workout routine which I am doing about 3 times per week to stay in shape during wakeboard season.
I am here at Sunset Wake Park in Goiania Brazil, to prepare myself for the upcoming season of competing.

I wakeboard usually every day and do this kind of workout in addition to my wakeboard training.
