Hey guys! This video shows you my Updated Gym Routine and how I train at the gym! You will see my Full Workout Routine, what I do for HIIT, my stretching routine and also a bit of an afternoon vlog of our day! This is also the workout routine I did at the gym on the cardio days whilst doing Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide!
I normally go to the gym straight after work when I finish around lunchtime NOT at this time – I just trained late today as I was with Brad and he prefers to work out in the evening!
