Hi guys!

This video is going to target your entire upper body in the gym! We got some chest, shoulders, arms, and back exercises all in one workout routine. I know not all of my followers do full muscle splits like I do so I wanted to get up a routine you could do on your upper body day if an upper/lower body split is something that is more your speed. I absolutely love this workout, so give it a go and let me know if you like it too!

WARMUP
2-3 ROUNDS
10 REPS EA.

1. Inverted Rows
2. Front to Lateral raises (use light dumbbells!)
3. Incline Close grip pushups

WORKOUT:

1. Dumbbell Floor Chest Press
4 X 8 reps
2a. Reverse grip lat pull downs 4 X 10
2b. Seated Rear Delt Flys 4 X 15
3a. Chest Supported Single Arm Row 4 X 12 ea.
3b. Standing Arnold Press 4 X 10
4a. Cable curls (straight bar) 4 X 12
4b. Cable push downs (straight bar) 4 X 15
