Quick Abs workout routine when traveling: Gym Time Ep: 1

Wanted to show you guys what I usually do for my abs workout whenever I’m traveling and don’t have access to a gym. You guys can also give this a try and hope this benefits you into working out and streghtening your core.

What I usually do is start with Abs circuit workout with
3 sets of:
Pull Ins: 20 to 25 reps
Ankle Touch: 25 to 30 reps
Flutter Kicks: 25 to 30 reps
(Rest for 2 to 4 minutes and repeat)

After I finish my 3 sets I go to

Planks
4 sets between 30 seconds to 1 minute, then rest 1-2 minutes
Leg lifts
4 sets of 15 to 20
