MY WORKOUT ROUTINE | How I lost weight & stay in shape WITHOUT a gym

Hello!! A lot of you requested for my at home workout routine, so here it is! 🙂
This is also the routine that I did to lose 60 pounds, I never went to a gym, I just did it all from home. So if you’re trying to lose weight or just stay in shape, I truly hope this video helps you because you don’t need to pay anyone or buy a gym membership to do it.
If you decide to try out these moves, you can make them more intense by adding ankle resistance weights or dumbbells.
I also forgot to mention in the video that when I do cardio, I try to aim for at least 30 minutes!

And yes I know I’m pale af ahaha
