Lunch recipe taken directly from the post

Dinner modifications:
⌲ Chicken: Instead of slow cooking the chicken in salsa verde, I cooked it in bone broth with coconut aminos, salt, pepper, & ginger powder. Cook on low for 7.5 hours then shred the chicken and cook on low for another 30 minutes.
⌲ Cauliflower rice: I replaced tamari with coconut aminos
⌲ Other: I also added some pickled chickpeas because I had them and they’re good
