I finally started working out again after months of inactivity due to med school exams and LIFE!

In this video I shared my current fitness routine which is 4-5 days of gym training.
I’ve been working out wit the trainers and instructors at the gym I go to because I feel that’s more conducive and effective for me.
I work out my entire body in a week, rather than just focusing on one body part.
Day 1 – Legs & Glutei
Day 2- Upper Body (Back, arms, shoulders, abs)
Day 3 – Upper Body (Abs & whatever wasn’t done on day 2)
Day 4 – Legs
Day 5 – Glutes-Focused Leg Day
