My GYM Workout Routine (Abs + Legs) – Requested

Hi guys! I did a poll on Instagram asking you all wanted to see my fitness routine and 90% of you said YES. If you’re in the 10% minority, I’m sorry. I’ll be back to fashion videos next week, don’t you worry! This video is a typical leg/ab day for me. I usually pair the two together unless I’m going in for a SERIOUS leg day. This was more of a total body workout, you’ll hit a lot of different muscle groups throughout the workout. I did a few exercises with the smith machine, but you could easily modify this workout for at-home use if you don’t have access to a gym. XOXO
