My fitness routine part 1 ….abdomen workouts

Hey guys! Everyone can achieve flat stomach ..all you have to do is devote few minutes every day for your abdomen workouts and follow simple diet . I have posted few workouts which I follow and which suits my body requirements..hope you all like it .. beginners make sure you don’t strain your neck & back ..pain in mid abs and lower abs is very normal on the 2nd day of post workout. Do not panic..

Disclaimer : consult your physician before you start any form of physical exercise. Pregnant ladies and women in mensural cycle should avoid abdomen workouts..
1.leg raises
2.alternative leg raises
3.reverse crunch
4.bi cycle crunch
5.sissors
Start with 15 sec or 10 counts each 3 sets and slowly increase your timing.
