We’ve got a really fun 15 minute kids workout here, that includes full body exercises! The kids exercises were designed or suggested by kids (my daughter), so it’s got audience approval hahaha 😀
The kids fitness routine includes full body exercises, head to toe! We have:
– frog jumps, rabbit jumps, kangaroo jumps and more for leg exercises.
– Crab crawls, supermans, beetle crawls and more for core exercises.
– And then we have helicopters, bird wings and arm circles and others for arm exercises.
– On top of that we make time to train kids balance with special exercises for that too, so EVERYTHING is included!
You can train as hard as you like, either at a very high intensity and really work up a sweat (like Mr. Ten Thousand hahaha!) or just get moving and have great fun (like my daughter). It’s up to you! Just do your best to make it through the entire workout your own way 🙂
