welcome on board of my YouTube channel PilotPatrick. Don’t get me wrong I love to travel and to fly, but I also hate it. The reason is that is much more complicated to maintain a healthy lifestyle. In on of my previous videos: What I eat in a day as an airline pilot I gave you an idea of what my diet looks like. I followed your request and I am sharing in this video everything about my fitness routine as an airline pilot.
I am not a big fan of gyms so most of my workouts I am doing at home or in hotel rooms. My secret how I stay fit: bodyweight exercises. You can do them wherever and whenever. With this workout you can actually safe time. I share with you my most favorite exercises from a beautiful place in Chania on Crete. The hotel is called Domes Noruz Chania at belongs to the Marriott Group. This boutique style hotel is located directly at the Aegean Sea and offer stunning views. My Sublime suite stretches over two levels and offers besides a plunge pool a jacuzzi on a big terrace.
