Gym Workout for MTB — Our Strength Routine!

In this workout, we take you with us for our morning gym workout! This workout takes you through some of the basic movements and exercises that are helpful for building MTB strength (mainly balance and shoulder stability, gluteal power, and core) and we discuss how this workout fits into our overall program.
