Hello and Welcome to another video. I’ve trained using gymnastics rings for the last 30 days. Here’s what happened! Before this I was pretty much a complete beginner when using gymnastics rings.

For the last 5 weeks, I have been following the Bodyweight Tribe gym rings program. A bodyweight training program that uses rings as the only piece of equipment. This video documents the changes I have experienced during the first phase of this program.

I’ll be making videos on the second and third phases of this program later down the line too
