You can finally train with me! Grow your glutes with this intense leg workout…It will target areas of your lower body such as your quads and glutes! 🍑

The full leg workout is detailed below:

SQUATS
4×15, 12, 10 until failure or 8

SUPERSET #1
4 sets

1A) KAS GLUTE BRIDGE
First and second set – 15 reps, 15 pulses. 10-second hold
Third and fourth set – 12 reps. 12 pulses, hold until failure
1B) SPLIT SQUAT JUMPS
4×12

SUPERSET #2
4 sets

2A) LEG PRESS
4×15, 12, 10, until failure
2B) GOBLET SQUAT
4×15, last set until failure
