Let’s get after it together with this full body workout routine using a power rack home gym setup! Do 15 reps each exercise resting 45 seconds in between exercises. Once you get through all 6 exercises, that is 1 full round. Do 3-5 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds depending on your experience level for a full volume full body workout.
