A lot of you guys asked me about my fitness routine. So I started to record my workout sessions. Please keep in mind, that I am still working on my technique and that I am not perfect at all.

If you need a correct instruction how to do the single exercises in the correct technique please check the freeletics app or ask some personal trainer or other instructors 🙂
