Fitness Journal #1: Nutrition and Workout Routine

Hello everyone~

Sorry that I haven’t been filming videos. To be honest, I lost motivation to film and edit videos. My SD cards keep on corrupting as well so I really struggled for a couple of weeks. But I am back. And I will *do my best* to upload on the Sunday schedule again~

These days, I have been into strength and fitness so I have changed my workout routine from mostly cardio/dance to more lightweight weightlifting. 😀 I hope you all enjoy these kinds of videos. Please note that I did not film all of my meals and snacks throughout the day. And my meals vary every day.

Also, I have received many DM’s about photography videos and explanations. I will be more than happy to share my knowledge and tricks. So stay tune for those videos. And thank you everyone who watched my Canon EOS M50 videos. The views on those videos seem to catch a lot of people’s attention and I am happy that I was able to show that you do not need expensive lens to create great photos.
