Stretch: 10secs each
Touch your toes
Right over left
Left over right
Legs wide – head down – reach behind
Standing quad stretch right
Standing quad stretch left
20 leg swings forward and back right (with arm swing)
20 leg swings forward and back left (with arm swing)

Cardio:
10 minute mile on elliptical- resistance 8

20 walking lunges w/ weights (10lb dumbbells)
20 plank jacks with sliders
20 mountain climbers with sliders

20 walking lunges w/ weights (10lb dumbbells)
20 plank jacks with sliders
20 mountain climbers with sliders

10 squat to overhead press (20lbs)
20 jump squats
10 squat to overhead press

20 plank jacks with sliders
20 mountain climbers with sliders
