So many of you have asked for it, and the BeerBiceps team finally delivers – What do you do if you have no time to go the gym, but still want to be fit? this is my basic overview video on all the possible scenarios – Lose weight without any exercise, lose weight while exercising at home (Home workouts with dumbbells and without – free body workouts), lose weight while going to the gym only once a week, twice a week AND thrice a week.
